💼 What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute growth strategies for a multi‑brand business unit.
- Lead Voice‑of‑Customer initiatives to uncover market needs and opportunities.
- Drive portfolio segmentation + brand strategy to achieve sustainable growth.
- Partner with R&D on new product development—from business case to launch.
- Lead marketing communications, sales tools, and campaign execution.
- Build benchmark criteria to measure marketing effectiveness 📊
- Own strategic pricing models for the business unit.
- Collaborate with Technical teams to create training programs for distributors, sales teams & end users.
- Coach, mentor, and elevate marketing capabilities across the division.
- Lead market research + intelligence efforts to support strategic decisions.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

🎓 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Science, or Business (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years experience, with at least 5+ in B2B environments.
- Market growth and expansion experience (chemical industry preferred).
- Automotive aftermarket experience a plus 🚗
- Proven success leading product strategy, VOC, and product launch initiatives.
- Strong financial, planning, forecasting & analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing & negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously.
- Competitive insights experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%. ✈️
