PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known reputable company in Lewisport, KY

We are now accepting resumes for a Shipping Coordinator who is dependable, versatile, and a team player ready to join a great team!

Shift Schedule & Pay Rate

Shift: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM | Monday trough Friday

Job Duties

Communicate with operations and shuttle truck drivers regarding shipments.
Ensure shipments are properly loaded and meet all DOT and EPA requirements including handling hazardous waste.
Schedule and communicate with corporate transportation agents to maintain on-time delivery (OTD) and complete customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all scheduling changes and adjustments.
Ensuring all paperwork and related reports are completed accurately & in a timely manner.
Input and update scheduling data in ERP or scheduling systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Monitor order timelines to ensure on-time delivery and identify potential delays.
Prepare and distribute production and shipment reports to internal departments.
Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to align schedules with material availability.
Provide administrative support to plant operations as needed.

Note: The duties listed above are not exhaustive. Responsibilities may evolve and be adjusted based on the operational needs and strategic priorities of the company.

Work Environment

You will be working in a non-temperature-controlled facility at times. Temperatures may fluctuate depending on the weather and operational activities.
Expect exposure to industrial conditions, such as noise, dust, and moving machinery.
This is a very fast paced work environment.

Position Requirements

Must have verifiable administrative experience.
Must have experience with Microsoft Excel.
Ability to perform physical tasks involving extended periods of standing, lifting, bending stooping, handling materials, repetitive motions.
Must be able to work in a non-temperature controlled environment.
Attention to detail and communication are a must.
Comfortable working in varying temperature environments.
May wear PPE (personal protective equipment) for long periods.
Steel Toe Boots are required.
Must have a clean background.
Must be able to pass a drug screen.
