We are now hiring Solderers/Testers who are team players, versatile, and dependable!
Tester Job Summary
Pay Rate: $20.90/hr (includes 10% shift differential)
Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday–Friday (9:30 PM – 6:00 AM)
Training Requirement: Must train on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) for 90–100 days before moving to 3rd shift
Assemble, solder, and test electrical components
Perform operational and diagnostic testing on units
Read blueprints and follow detailed test procedures
Tester Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with soldering, testing, or electronics preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Comfortable using hand tools, gauges, and measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
