We are now hiring Solder Production Operators who are team players, versatile, and dependable!
Solder Production Operator Job Summary
Pay Rate: $19.80/hr (includes 10% shift differential)
Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday–Friday (9:30 PM – 6:00 AM)
Training Requirement: Must train on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) for 90–100 days before moving to 3rd shift
Perform soldering using torch and iron methods
Assemble electrical components and subassemblies
Read blueprints and verify product quality
Solder Production Operator Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing or soldering experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and wire schematics
- Proficient with hand tools, gauges, and soldering equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
