PROMAN Staffing is excited to support our global manufacturing client in sourcing an Injection Molding Technician for their Hebron, IL facility. This is a direct hire opportunity within a clean, climate-controlled environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate injection molding equipment
- Troubleshoot molding issues and maintain quality output
- Perform routine maintenance and mold cleaning
- Work with team to optimize production and minimize downtime
Qualifications:
- 2+ years injection molding experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of molding machines, automation, or robotics a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime
Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs; stand for full shifts
- Provide basic hand tools
- Follow safety standards and maintain a clean workspace
