Customer Service Representative (Warehouse)

📍 Houston, TX 77029
💲 $19.00/hour

Schedule 🌙 Sunday - Tuesday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
🌙 Wednesday: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM

PROMAN Staffing is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

✅ Check drivers in and out
✅ Print BOLs and shipping documents
✅ Monitor inventory and customer orders
✅ Enter data and prepare reports
✅ Respond to customer calls and emails
✅ Coordinate shipments and dock assignments
✅ Assist with problem resolution

Requirements

✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ 2+ years of customer service experience in a warehouse setting
✔ SAP and Synapse experience preferred
✔ Strong data entry and computer skills
✔ Microsoft Office proficiency
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
✔ Must pass a background check and drug screen
