PROMAN Staffing is seeking a dependable and organized Sales & Administrative Support Specialist to support daily office operations and assist the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, managing multiple tasks, communicating with customers, and supporting business growth.

The right candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to provide professional support across multiple departments. Previous office, administrative, customer service, or sales experience is highly preferred.

Position Details

Status: Part-Time
Location: Park Hills, MO
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (additional hours may be available as needed)
Pay: $18.00/hr

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the sales team and office staff
Manage emails, customer inquiries, and internal communications
Maintain customer records, databases, and reports
Assist with scheduling, documentation, and project coordination
Conduct research on prospective customers, industries, and market opportunities
Prepare reports, presentations, and sales materials
Coordinate requests between customers and internal departments
Support process improvements and special projects as needed
Maintain accurate and confidential business records

Qualifications

Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Sales, customer service, or sales support experience is a plus
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
