PROMAN Staffing is currently hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Arnold, MO. We are looking for reliable, mechanically inclined individuals who have previous manufacturing experience and are committed to safety, quality, and attendance.
Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $16.00/hr
- 1st Shift
- Monday - Friday
- 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM
- Overtime may be required based on production needs
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to meet production goals
- Perform machine setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
- Monitor product quality and make necessary process corrections
- Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or production concerns
- Read and follow work instructions, specifications, and production schedules
- Complete machine changeovers and setup activities as needed
- Maintain accurate production records and required documentation
- Perform routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance activities
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient production
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
- Previous machine operator, manufacturing, production, or process technician experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to identify quality issues and make process adjustments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent attendance and work history
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining productivity
Physical Requirements:
- Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Frequently bend, reach, push, and pull materials
- Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and machine noise
- Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
