Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who thrives on building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and working collaboratively with producers and carrier partners.

In this role, you will manage an established portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to business clients while helping them protect their assets and achieve their goals through tailored insurance solutions.

What You'll Do as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager:

Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact for client service requests and policy inquiries
Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and new business submissions
Review insurance policies to ensure accuracy and adequate coverage
Prepare certificates of insurance, evidence of property forms, and related documentation
Collaborate with producers to maximize client retention and account growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carrier underwriters
Identify opportunities for coverage enhancements and cross-selling solutions
Maintain accurate records and documentation within agency management systems
Provide proactive, responsive, and professional customer service to clients

Required/Preferred Qualifications for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager:

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred
Minimum of 2 years of insurance industry experience preferred
Commercial Lines insurance experience strongly preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office applications is a plus
Commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences
