Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and client‑focused 2-20 Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Agent to join their Jensen Beach team. This onsite, direct hire role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service and sales performance.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year, depending on experience
Health insurance provided

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on personal and commercial lines insurance products.
Evaluate client needs, recommend coverage options, and process quotes, renewals, and policy changes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow‑through.
Utilize agency management systems and carrier platforms to manage daily workflow and documentation.
Meet or exceed sales, retention, and performance goals.

Requirements:

Active Florida 2-20 P&C License (non-negotiable).
Minimum 2 years of insurance experience, ideally across both personal and commercial lines.
Strong understanding of underwriting guidelines and carrier systems.
Customer‑centric mindset with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency with systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, quoting platforms, and Microsoft Office.
Strong sales drive, accountability, and motivation.
