PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our client to source and hire a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team in San Diego, CA.

This DIRECT HIRE role supports material planning and procurement activities to ensure production continuity and customer demand are met. The ideal candidate is an early-career supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

Manage purchased material requirements to support production schedules
Execute and track purchase orders from placement through delivery
Monitor inventory levels and address excess, obsolete, or at-risk materials
Identify and communicate material shortages or supply risks
Coordinate with suppliers to adjust delivery schedules
Support continuous improvement and data-driven decision making

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
1–3 years of supply chain, materials, or procurement experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and suppliers
