PROMAN Staffing is working with our client to source and hire a Production Supervisor to join their team in Vandergrift, Pennsylvania. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader who thrives in fast-paced, industrial environments and is passionate about safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you’ll oversee daily production operations, lead and develop a diverse hourly workforce, and drive improvements in productivity, reliability, and cost control. You’ll collaborate closely with maintenance, engineering, and support teams to ensure equipment readiness, on-time delivery, and consistent product quality.

What You’ll Do:

Lead production teams with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and reduce cycle times
Ensure equipment reliability and support critical maintenance efforts
Coordinate daily operations and support cross-training initiatives
Provide hands-on supervision and technical guidance to production staff

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in technical or engineering field or 4+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience
Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings; PLC experience is a plus
Flexibility to support off-shift or weekend coverage as needed
