PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturer of plastic lighting enclosures for commercial applications to assist them in finding a special parts and fabrication technician to join their team located in Festus, MO.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm
Starting Pay: $20.00

Location: Festus, MO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform the following production methods: Custom Blow Molding, Vacuum forming, CNC operations and other Fabrication.
Use ovens to heat and form raw materials.
Properly set tools and machines for production runs.
Fabricate finished goods by routing, trimming, drilling, gluing & polishing product.
Follow drawings, prints and production instructions to spec.
Use a ruler, tape measure and calipers for dimension analysis.
Quality control responsibilities for manufactured products.
Pack and label product.

Ideal candidate will:

Stand / walk 7+ hours daily
Safely lift 45 lbs.
Maintain attention to detail
Possess good communication skills both verbal and written
Work independently with minimal supervision, yet work effectively with team members.
Be capable of multi-tasking and managing time efficiently.

Qualifications:

1-3 years in plastic mold injection required.
CNC knowledge required
High school diploma or GED required.
Quality control experience required.
