PROMAN Staffing is hiring Customer Service & Package Handling Associates for a busy packaging center in Festus, MO. This role combines customer service and package handling during the peak holiday season. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Starting Pay: $15/hr.
Location: Festus, MO.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-7pm
Rotating weekends once a month- schedule subject to change based on store needs.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with Amazon returns: print labels, enter info, repackage items, and provide receipts
Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally
Move packages between workstations and prepare items for shipment
Maintain clean, organized work areas

Requirements:

Customer service experience required
Ability to lift- up to 50 lbs. and stand for most of the shift
Reliable, respectful, and adaptable
Calm under pressure and willing to learn
Available during peak holiday season
