Production Floor Technician

Location: Festus, MO
Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
Shift Differential: Earn 2 additional hours of pay for every 8 hours worked when clocking in and out on time
Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary

PROMAN Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Production Floor Technicians for a growing manufacturing facility in Festus, MO. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. Employees will be trained on multiple production processes and will play a key role in producing quality products while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Perform production processes including:
- Injection molding
- Injection blow molding
- Extrusion blow molding
- Sonic welding
Set up and operate tools safely and properly
Modify finished products through routing, trimming, and drilling
Use rulers, tape measures, and calipers in both standard and metric measurements
Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
Pack and label finished products
Follow all safety and production procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

Must have excellent attendance and reliability
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to stand and walk for 7+ hours per shift
Ability to safely lift up to 45 lbs.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to learn new skills and manufacturing processes
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
