Electrical Production Assembler

PROMAN Staffing is hiring an Electrical Production Assembler II for a growing manufacturing facility in the Houston 77095 area. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented candidates with experience in electrical assembly, wiring, and production manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical and mechanical assembly of products and components
Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, blueprints, and specifications
Complete wiring, component installation, repairs, and rework as needed
Conduct electrical and functional testing on assembled products
Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain accurate production records as required
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent electrical assembly, wiring, or production assembly experience
Experience working with electrical currents, wiring, and electrical components
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and assembly documentation
Proficient with hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing or production environments
Electro-mechanical assembly experience
Testing and troubleshooting experience
